- For patties first take a pan heat it up then add oil.after the oil heat then add garlic saute till it raw smell loose out.then add onion cook till it become transculent..then add our veggies cook for a sec.then add our spieces cook till it become little bit crunchyness.now switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down..

- Now coat the patties first in maida flour then dip in the cornflour slurry then roll in bread crumbs.if you want more crispy then do this process two times.after coating all the patties keep it in the fridge for set the patties around 10-15 min.
